How does delivery work? 

For orders in British Columbia, our delivery window is 11am - 7pm PT on Thursday and Saturday.

For orders in Alberta, our delivery window is 9am - 9pm MT on Sunday.

IMPORTANT NOTES: To avoid failed delivery, please enter your unit number in address line 2, and please fill out your buzzer info and any specific delivery requests in the "Delivery Instructions".

As per our policy, if you are not home to buzz in our driver on the first delivery attempt, then the driver will keep your order with them and carry on with their delivery route. Before the driver leaves the area, we will send them back for a second delivery attempt on the same day. If you are not available for this second delivery attempt, the driver will leave your bag outside the main door to your building. Please note that we are not liable for any losses as a result of this.

You will get an SMS with estimated arrival time on the day of delivery if you opt in for SMS messaging during check-out AND have a Canadian phone number. We will also send you a confirmation text upon a successful delivery. We will not be able to send any SMS updates until you opt in.
