Watermelon and Feta Salad

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix watermelon cubes, feta cheese, and mint leaves.
  2. Dress: In a small bowl, whisk lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad and toss gently.
  3. Serve Chilled: Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving for a refreshing taste.
