This simple Pico de Gallo is perfect for any tortilla chips and taco night! By using fresh tomatoes, this salsa will add the right amount of kick to any meal.
- Chili Peppers
- Lime Juice
1. Roughly chop up all your vegetables (Chop as much or as little chili peppers as you like depending on how you like to handle your spice!)
2. Add everything to a food processor or blender (If you do not have a food processor or blender, you can finely cut your vegetables and use a fork to combine ingredients together!)
3. Add a squeeze of lime juice and salt and pepper to taste
4. Pulse your mixture until it is your desired consistency
5. Serve, and enjoy!
