A blend of seasonal vegetables with balsamic reduction and herbs


Dietary Restrictions: Vegan 


Ingredients: Zucchini, Asparagus, Cremini mushroom, Bell pepper, Red onion, Balsamic reduction (concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar, wine vinegar, caramel coloring, modified corn starch), Herb blend (ground sumac, roasted garlic powder, coarse black pepper, dried basil), Italian parsley


Preheat grill to 400°F. Season vegetables with salt to taste. Put vegetables on grill and cook for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway until tender. Wash, pick and chop parsley. Sprinkle parsleyherb blend and drizzle balsamic reduction over cooked vegetables.
