After a change of packaging, Bready Mix was left with stock that they needed taken off their hands. Peko was able to rescue these delicious mixes - bake 'em and devour 'em.
This Multigrain Bread is KETO Certified by the Paleo Foundation supports a keto, low-carb, high-protein and vegan diet without compromising on flavour. Just add hot water to this mix and a fresh loaf will be bread-y in no time!

Keto certified, Ⓥ vegan, high-protein
Protein mix (wheat protein, soy protein, lupine protein), Soy grits, Linseeds, Sunflower seeds, Wholemeal wheat flour, Soy flour, Wheat bran, Apple fibre, Sesame, Salt, Barley malt flour, Soy lecithin, Yeast.
May contain egg, milk and hazelnut.
Mix: Combine Bready Mix Multigrain (15.06 OZ / 427g) with 1.5 cups (360ml) of HOT tap water. Mix for 8 minutes with a mixer at low. Preheat oven to 400F. Mix for additional 10 minutes at medium.
Bake: After mixing, fit dough into a non-stick loaf pan (approx. 9x4x3’’ size) or for artisanal loaf, shape dough round as a ball. Ensure NO air pockets / cracks are seen from outside. Fill 1-2 oven-proof containers such as a baking tin, a glass or a mug with very hot water. Place your Bready dough on a parchment lined wire rack and bake together with the water containers in your oven at 380-400F for 45-50 minutes. Let cool down completely on a wire rack.
