After a change of packaging, Bready Mix was left with stock that they needed taken off their hands. Peko was able to rescue these delicious mixes - bake 'em and devour 'em.
These Burger Buns are KETO Certified by the Paleo Foundation and supports a keto, low-carb, high-protein and vegan diet without compromising on flavour. Just add hot water to this mix and a fresh burger buns will be bread-y in no time!

Keto certified, Ⓥ vegan, high-protein
Protein mix (wheat protein, soy protein, lupine protein), Soy grits, Soy bran, Sugar (sucrose from sugar beet), Oat fibre, Salt, Sunflower lecithin, Yeast.
May contain egg and milk
Mix: Combine Bready Mix Burger Buns (13 OZ / 369g) with 1 1/3 cups (320ml) of HOT tap water. Mix for 10 minutes with a mixer at low. Once complete, dough should come out smooth and firm.
Rest: Preheat your oven to 100° F – 150° F. Cover with a kitchen towel and transfer dough on a parchment lined wire rack. Let rest for 10 mins. Cut and shape dough into 6-8 equal round buns. Either place buns in a NON-stick baking tin or directly on the wire rack and let rest inside your preheated oven for another 30 mins. Buns will grow in size.
Bake: Heat oven up to 375° F. Fill an ovenproof container such as a baking tin or a mug with hot water and place inside the oven. Bake it for 20-30 mins until the top is lightly brown. Remove it from oven, take out of the tin and let completely cool down on a wire rack.
