Syrup, fruit, butter or whip cream? What’s your weapon of choice when it comes to pancakes and waffles. These mixes are meant to create light and fluffy pancakes, and golden and crunchy waffles. A breakfast for champions that will be ready in minutes! If you only use a portion of the bag, store it in a cool, dry place until your next flip off.

1. Mix an egg (or egg replacement, like 3 tbsp of applesauce or ½ a banana for this recipe), ¾ cup of milk (or a vegan alternative) and ¼ cup of oil.
2. Stir in 1 cup of WTF Pancake + Waffle Mix. This will make enough batter for 2-4 people, but we’ll leave this with you; no judgement here if that’s a stack for one.
Pancakes
Add ¼ cup of batter to a hot, oiled pan. Flip when bubbles appear and begin to pop.
Waffles
Add ½ cup of batter to pre-heated waffle iron and cook on high until golden brown (around 4-6 minutes).
Tip: Make a double or triple batch and when cooled, pop them into a freezer bag for that morning when you know you’re going to sleep in and need something to fling into the toaster.
